Sharina Worku

It started in a gym, at age 12. Sharina was introduced to strength training by her father — and what began as a workout routine became one of the most influential experiences of her life, teaching discipline, confidence, resilience, and self-belief.

Blue Zone roots

Raised in Loma Linda, California — one of the world’s Blue Zones — she grew up seeing how everyday lifestyle shapes long-term health.

Leadership & healthcare

She built a career in corporate leadership and healthcare innovation, bringing an evidence-informed lens to everything she coaches.
